The things people ask before booking.
What if three hours isn't enough for my house?
We'll tell you before we book. When we text you we ask about size and condition — if your place needs more time we quote it honestly instead of sending someone who has to rush and leave halfway through.
Do I have to be home?
No. Most customers leave a key, a lockbox code, or a garage code. Whatever you're comfortable with — just tell us when we text.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes, everything. If you'd rather we use your products because of allergies or specific surfaces, just say so.
Am I locked into anything?
No contract. Most people book once, see the house, and decide from there. If you want us back on a schedule we'll set it up — and if you don't, that's completely fine.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and fix it at no charge. We'd rather redo it than have you tell your neighbors we did a bad job.
